Technical and Assessment Deputyship (A-Technical Department, B-Assessment Department, C-Department of Maps)
- Teaching integrated inspection to the City Electronic Services and Revenue Departments personnel of all the 22 districts.
- Handling the technical plans and inquiries of the 22 municipal districts of Tehran.
- Revision of positioning and updating the GIS maps.
Handling the districts’ requests for separation, integration and block creation and sending them to Technology Organization for financial loading onto the related systems and supervising the good performance; supervising, follow-up, manual calculation and controlling the property taxes, changes applied to the inspection system, investigating the list of infractions sent by the districts; gathering statistics and data regarding the issuance and distribution and supervising the distribution of bills, responding to public complaints tel. systems 1888 and 137; commencing regional assessment to update the property informational data and maps of the city of Tehran; applying the proceedings of the article 5 commission into the maps, handling the plans and updating maps and positioning of the properties; responding to the districts’ technical enquiries; determining the examinations and applying them to the general properties, revenue and integrated inspection systems; updating the criteria for property inspection and assessment.
